The location is definitely the best point of this hotel, Tamachi station is really close and you can use the Yamanote line from there (works with JR pass if you have that, but either way the one you'll use most as a tourist). Other than that, the rooms are on the 14th to 17th floor of the building so the view is really nice, we could see Mount Fuji from our room. There is enough space for handling your luggage, even space to sit down and place things on the desk and table next to the bed. Cleaning is not every single day which is okay but we did get new towels and water etc daily. You can get toothbrushes and other things you might need at the lobby. They were able to provide travel plug adapters and luggage scales when we needed them.

Everything was brilliant, Tokyo is an amazing place and the hotel and stay added to that. The location was perfect for us, easy to find, close proximity to the stations and connections to the various routes / attractions. The area was quiet and had various amenities (Lawsons / 7Eleven) within very close walking distance. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and shower was very powerful. The bed was firm and we found it comfortable, the room was adequate for us, we had two large suitcases and managed to use the space comfortably. ( space under the bed to store the suitcases). We didn’t need to wait for the lift very long, even during the breakfast period. Overall excellent value for money and great hotel.

Absolutely loved everything about this Hotel. Was only a 10 minute walk from the train station which was very convenient using the JR train line. Had a 2 in 1 washing/drying machine that you can pay via suica card. I found this amenity very cool. Was very nice looking at the property architecture on the ground level coming back from my room every night. Super amazing staff! They gave us a free costa card at the hotel and had a free rental straightener. Everyday, cleaners would ask if we needed our rooms clean or if we would like more water bottles for free. I found this very helpful. Overall, this is an amazing place.

We loved our stay at Hotel Villa Fontaine Grand Tokyo Tamachi. The bed and bathroom were clean. The room was spacious enough. There was also a small couch area for us to rest in. They also offer free snacks in the afternoon/early evening. Our only issue is its location because it’s a bit far from the nearest train station. It’s not a very big issue but if you are in a rush, it will take a minimum of 10 minutes to brisk walk to or from Tamachi station. Otherwise, everything else was great! Highly recommended. Even if it’s a bit far from the station, the neighborhood was peaceful and there were streets of cherry blossoms nearby that weren’t crowded with tourists.

Hotel was very clean and close to a train station. They also have a laundry room which is rare in Japan.

Fantastic location, just a 10-minute walk from Tamachi Station with easy access to Shinagawa, making it incredibly convenient to travel anywhere in Japan, including both Haneda and Narita airports.

The location was within 10 minutes of Tamachi Station which serves both Yamanote and Keihin-Tohoku lines for getting in and out of Central Tokyo and Shibuya/Shinjuku areas. I recommend this as a final hotel if you are travelling from Haneda as it is easy to get to either by train or taxi is fairly affordable. The Happy Hour was nice and the drinks were always fresh and cold which is not always the case with free drinks.

The room has a good size for Tokyo's standard and the hotel is conveniently located close to both JR and subway stations. The hotel is kept in a very good way and it is always sparkling clean. There are a lot of amenities available to guests for no additional charge (razors/hairbrush/toothbrush etc), even a bit more that what is usually available in Japanese hotels. The breakfast buffet is also good. Extra point: on clear days one can easily see mount Fuji from the elevator hall on the higher floors!

The hotel has a 17-19 free wine sake snack time. We were always away so couldnt use it but its so nice gesture. Staff is always helpful, smiling. Bath and room was bigger than Japan standards. Rooms were quiet and super clean. Free water everyday. Tv has netflix and youtube. Good wifi. Can leave luggages before and after checkin. Staff speaks moderate English in reception.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast OK but I am not sure if It would worth 10+ EUR for a tourists that usually don't eat fish or corn soup in the mornings. In overall we have liked the hotel, it closer to the train station and there are plenty of convenient stores around for shopping. The hotel was modern, especially being closer to the trains was one of the best things because my son loves to watch the trains, and luckily we were at the 7th floor.
